Jaclyn Kanoelani Williams, R

Administrator & Instructor (Oahu)

As Principal Broker and owner of Halepuna Real Estate, Jaclyn is a detail-oriented, people-first entrepreneur. She was born and raised on the North Shore of Oahu. She is truly an educator at heart, having graduated from the University of Hawaii with a Bachelor's degree in Secondary Education and teaching at Mililani Middle School. In 2005, she moved to Las Vegas and began her real estate career there.

Beginning as a Listing Specialist, Jaclyn soon became the Transaction Coordinator for a top REO team, closing over 500 properties. Now, as  a short sale specialist, she holds the title of Senior Negotiator.

After returning home to Hawaii, Jaclyn continued her real estate career and recently stated her own firm. 

After over 17 years of real estate sales, transaction management, and negotiating short sales, she is excited to combine her love of real estate and her love of education in her new role at HiRE.

“When I'm not doing real estate,” says Jaclyn, “I'm enjoying family and my Hawaii life! My two boys, 12 and 7, keep me busy and never offer a dull moment. We are enjoying our new Ewa Beach home in Ho'opili and exploring all that our community has to offer. But top of the list as always is sun and sand … the boys demand!”

About HiRE

The Hawaii Institute of Real Estate (HiRE) is a locally owned and operated independent real estate education provider. The school is registered with the Real Estate Branch of the DCCA and authorized to provide pre-license courses to the general public.

All faculty and staff have at least 8 years full-time real estate experience, have served as managers of licensed real estate companies, and have exceeded the rigorous standards for attaining instructor certification with the State of Hawaii.

As an independent educational institution, our staff consists of licensed brokers from multiple real estate firms (including Real Broker, Halepuna, and eXp Realty). 

Pre-Licensing Courses

HiRE offers LIVE, IN-PERSON Real Estate Pre-licensing Courses in an engaging and interactive setting. We encourage group participation and utilize creative ways to help critical information stick! 

Upon passing the HiRE final exam, graduates will be awarded a School Completion Certificate. This document certifies that a person is eligible to take the Hawaii Real Estate License Exam.
